What We Make

Four Marine Product Lines

Standard or customized to your project drawings and conditions — across ship-to-ship and ship-to-dock berthing, ship launching, and fixed-berth protection. Choose a line to see types, sizing, and standards.

Yokohama-type · ISO 17357

Pneumatic Rubber Fenders

Air-filled floating fenders for ship-to-ship and ship-to-dock berthing — high energy absorption, low reaction force, easy installation. Net-type or sling-type, customized size and pressure rating.

Manufacturing Strength

Controlled From Raw Material to Shipment

Rubber fender production workshop with vulcanization equipment at Qingdao Jincheng

Our process covers raw-material inspection, rubber compounding, fabric and cord-layer preparation, forming, vulcanization, assembly, pressure and airtightness testing, final inspection, packaging, and shipment — each key step controlled by trained personnel against internal standards.

The factory runs vulcanization equipment, pressure-testing rigs, tensile testing machines, airtightness systems, and dimensional inspection tools, supporting both standard product runs and special-size products for complex marine-engineering projects.
